These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations, participation, and services offered by Stichting The Mallow Garden, based in Amsterdam.
By registering for a session or course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The Mallow Garden offers parent-child sessions in a calm, shared environment.
These are not childcare services. Parents or caregivers are present at all times and actively responsible for their child.
Participation takes place at your own responsibility.
Parents or caregivers remain responsible for their child at all times during the sessions.
While The Mallow Garden prepares the space with care and attention, it cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Registration takes place via the registration form and is confirmed upon payment.
A place is reserved for the full duration of the selected term.
Payment must be completed within the stated timeframe to secure the place.
Places continue automatically into the next term.
Cancellation must be received at least two weeks before the end of the current term.
If cancellation is received after this point, the place and the corresponding fee for the next term remain confirmed.
If you are unable to attend a session, it is not possible to reschedule or receive a refund.
Parents are free to offer their spot to another family within the group if appropriate.
The Mallow Garden reserves the right to make small adjustments to the schedule if necessary.
In case of illness, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, a session may be rescheduled or cancelled.
Where possible, an alternative will be offered.
Parents are expected to contribute to a calm, respectful environment.
The Mallow Garden reserves the right to deny access if behaviour compromises the safety or atmosphere of the group.
Personal information is handled with care and used only for communication and administration related to The Mallow Garden.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
