Pikler Baby Sessions

Cuddle, Climb & Connect. A 6-Week bonding journey for Parents & Babies

At The Mallow Garden, our Pikler Baby Sessions offer a nurturing space for you and your pre-walking little one to deepen your bond. Inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Emmi Pikler, this 6-week course, led by early childhood specialist and Pikler educator Lua Grimalt, focuses on respectful bonding and natural physical development.

  • Build a deeper connection through mindful interactions.
  • Understand your baby's individual cues and behaviors.
  • Encourage natural exploration and curiosity.
  • Foster mutual respect and cooperation.

FAQs

What happens if there is no spot available for us?
If no spots are available when you contact us, we will add you to our WhatsApp waiting room. We post notifications there whenever an opening arises. If you see an opening that interests you, simply react to the message, and we'll reach out to complete your signup.
Is there a waiting list I can join?
We don’t use a waiting list. Instead, we have a WhatsApp waiting room where we post updates when spots become available. If you’re interested in a spot, react to the message, and we’ll contact you to complete your signup.
How can I join the Waiting Room?
To join the Baby Sessions Waiting Room, please contact us directly, and we’ll provide you with the link to our WhatsApp group. Once you join, you'll receive notifications about any available spots.
What are the age groups for the Baby Sessions?
We offer two specific Baby Groups to support your little one's unique developmental stage and foster safe exploration:
  • Crawlers This session is designed for babies who are crawling up to those who are just starting to walk.
  • Pre-Crawlers: This session is ideal for babies who are not yet crawling.
What is the schedule for the Baby Sessions?
Our Baby Sessions are held every Wednesday:
  • Crawlers: Doors open at 09:15, and the session runs from 09:30 to 10:15.
  • Pre-Crawlers: Doors open at 10:45, and the session runs from 11:00 to 11:45.
Do I automatically have a spot in the next term?
Once you secure a spot, it’s guaranteed for you and your baby each week for the term. Your spot will be reserved for future terms as well, unless you choose to cancel your membership.
What happens if I miss a class?
Just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. If rescheduling isn't possible, you can easily transfer or sell your child's spot to another family through The Mallow Garden Group or gift your child's spot to a friend or family member.
How can I cancel my membership?
The Baby Group runs continuously throughout the year, divided into six terms of six sessions each. You can cancel your membership up until two weeks before the end of the term.
If my baby starts crawling, am I guaranteed a spot in the Crawlers group?
While we can’t guarantee a spot in the Crawlers group, we will do our best to accommodate your baby’s transition. In most cases, we’re able to find a spot, and if not, you and your little one will be at the top of the list for the next available opening.
My baby is sick. Should I still attend?
If your baby is sick, we kindly ask that you keep them at home to rest and recover. This helps protect the health and well-being of all the children and families in our sessions. Your spot will remain secured, and we look forward to welcoming you both back when your baby is feeling better.
How do I contact The Mallow Garden for more information?
We’re here to help! Please feel free to contact us on WhatsApp. We look forward to hearing from you!
